Rethinking “Genius” playlists…
I’ve got a library of 40K+ songs and in the 12 tracks I’ve heard of the “Indie Rock” playlist it made me, it already played Halo Benders twice AND The Long Ryders twice.

I used to write a fucking TOME every year with like 50 records noted. Now I can barely be pissed to write this shit up before March.
The more I listen to (and I listened to more music in 2010 then EVER), the more I don’t even know what to think anymore. Maybe the ease of listening (“digital convenience”) has made it less special?
